What certifications do you have?

I have degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise Science. I also have certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Virtual Training, Accountability Coaching and Nutrition Coaching.  I'm currently working on other certifications to further assist my clientele.

Where are you from?

I am a rarely encountered Colorado native!  I grew up in Fort Collins, spending a lot of years deep in the sport of gymnastics with a side of track and diving.  I went to college in Florida for just a year, then moved back to finish my degrees at MSUDenver.  I may miss living by the beach, but I really love living in such a beautiful and seasonally cozy state!

What do you do for fun?

I love to move my body, be outside and enjoy the pleasures of life! 

I absolutely love to hike more than almost anything else.  Connecting

with this beautiful planet makes me feel so alive!  I also enjoy paddle

boarding, camping, laying in the sun, earthing, cooking sneaky health food that doesn't taste healthy, dancing in the kitchen, looking at the stars and taking moments of silence to appreciate how magnificent this miracle of life is!

What is your "Why"?

From athlete to coach...  As a child I found so much support, growth and enjoyment from the sport of gymnastics.  Being involved in a sport that requires strength, power, balance, flexibility and mental-focus, forged me the opportunity to see there is a disconnect between knowing what needs to be done and following through with efficient action.  That is why I created Lean Body Beast, a holistic and comprehensive system for muscle growth, fat loss, and sustainable health-focused fitness.

What are your goals?

6-month goals:

  • Compete in my first Hyrox event 

  • Compete in my first Spartan Sprint

  • Complete 15 consecutive pull-ups

  • Start group training on-line clients

  • Watch my website for training

  • Launch Lean Body Beast app

  • Go hiking 2+ times a month

12-month goals:

  • Complete 20 consecutive pull-ups

  • Complete corrective exercises certification

  • Hike three 14-ers

  • Take a beach vacation
